The short version

Nine years on the buying side.

I started in affiliate marketing in 2017, generating leads in Medicare and auto insurance on performance terms — where you only get paid if the traffic converts, and you eat the loss when it doesn't. That is a fast and expensive way to learn what a real lead costs.

From 2019 to 2022 I sold Medicare leads and calls into SelectQuote, eHealth, TRANZACT, GoHealth and HealthMarkets. Then auto insurance into the exchanges — MediaAlpha, SmartFinancial, QuinStreet, EverQuote and others. Every one of them under contract, delivering to their own DIDs.

In 2024 I moved to pay-per-call in debt, English and Spanish, selling to National Debt Relief, Americor and Freedom Debt Relief and putting more than $150M of debt into enrolment. Pay-per-call teaches you things a reporting dashboard never will: what a buffer duration does to your margin, how fast quality erodes when you scale too hard, and exactly how much a slow callback costs.

Today it's final expense, running live and profitable in English and Spanish. YESSMEDIA exists because the same infrastructure — tracking, call routing, speed-to-lead, creative at volume — works just as well inside an agency's own ad account as it does for a media buyer. You are almost certainly renting leads at a markup when you could own the machine that makes them. I've been on the side that sells you those leads. I know exactly what the markup is.

How we work

Four positions we don't move on.

01

The operator should run the account

You will not be sold by a founder and then handed to a junior buyer. The person who takes your first call is the person in your ad account every day. It's also why we cap the number of clients we take.

02

Publish the price

Agencies hide pricing because it lets them charge what they think you'll bear. Ours is on the pricing page. If it doesn't work for your numbers you'll know in thirty seconds instead of after three calls.

03

Never promise a CPL you haven't tested

Any agency that quotes a cost per lead on a first call is guessing, and the guess becomes a ceiling you pay for. We model from your actual baseline after we've run real spend.

04

No contracts

A lock-in clause is a confession that the work won't hold a client on its own. Month to month, cancel whenever. We'd rather be kept because the numbers are good.

Next step

See what your budget should be producing

Five questions gets you the model. Twenty minutes gets it run against your real account — including the part where we tell you it isn't worth moving, if that's the answer.

Five quick questions, about 90 seconds, then pick a time that suits you.

  • Any vertical, any budget
