What we don't do at any price
- SEO
- Different time horizon. It won't move your cost per acquisition this quarter, and we'd rather not bill you for six months of waiting.
- Organic social media management
- Not what we're good at, and not what moves a performance number.
- Custom software or website rebuilds
- Funnel pages only. We rent infrastructure rather than build it, so nothing breaks when an engagement ends.
- Your sales team's close rate
- We'll build the follow-up system and show you exactly where deals die. We don't run your floor.
What makes this work
Four things that decide the outcome.
- $12,000+ monthly ad spend is where the plans above start. Below it our fee is a large share of your media budget and there's less data to optimize against — so that first call is about the route to the number rather than the retainer. We'll still take it.
- Staff who answer the phone. Dedicated intake or licensed agents during business hours. Not "the owner calls them back in the evening."
- Customer value above $2,000, or strong recurring commission. Otherwise the arithmetic never justifies the fee.
- You've run ads or bought leads before, or you're ready to start. It means expectations are calibrated and we aren't building from zero.
If one of the four is missing we'll say so on the first call — and tell you what it takes to get there, rather than six weeks in.
Questions
The ones you
were going to ask
01I already have a CRM. I just want someone to run the ads.
Then we're probably not a fit, and that's an honest answer rather than a sales tactic. Traffic poured into a funnel we didn't build and can't measure performs worse, and we end up owning the blame. If your tracking and follow-up are genuinely solid, we'll audit them and reduce the build scope accordingly.
02Who pays for the ad spend?
You do, directly to Meta and TikTok, on your own card inside your own ad account. We request partner access — we never take ownership and your budget never passes through us. If we part ways, the accounts, pixel history, creative and data all stay with you.
03How is this different from buying leads?
Exclusivity and ownership. A purchased lead is sold to you and two competitors, capped at the vendor's supply, with no attribution and a consent trail on someone else's server. Leads from your own engine are yours alone, scale with your budget, and every one is traceable to the ad that produced it.
04Is there a minimum ad spend?
No minimum to talk to us. The published plans are built for $12,000+ a month in media, because that's where our fee is a small enough share of the budget to be worth paying and where there's enough data to optimise against. Spending less, the call is usually about the route to that number — what to cut, what to test, and how fast it pays for itself. If you're already buying leads at that level, this is a redirection of money you spend today, not new money.
05Are you licensed to sell insurance?
No, and we don't. YESSMEDIA is a marketing services provider. We build and run the acquisition system; you and your licensed producers handle anything touching a policy. We build consent capture into your funnels, but compliance decisions on your sales process stay with you and your counsel.
06What happens if it doesn't work?
You cancel. No contract, no setup fee, no notice period beyond the month you've paid for. We bill monthly in advance, so the most you can be out is one month. We'd rather be kept because the numbers are good than because you signed something.
