Compliance
Your vendor's consent trail
is your liability.
When you buy leads, the paper proving a consumer agreed to be called lives on someone else's server. When a complaint arrives, you're the one holding the phone — and you're asking a third party for evidence you don't control.
What we build in
Six things, wired in from the first click.
None of this is retrofittable. Consent infrastructure either exists from the first lead or it doesn't exist at all — which is why it's part of the build rather than an upsell.
- 01
Consent capture, on your domain
Express written consent language sits on your landing page, with the disclosure visible rather than buried behind a link. The certificate is generated at submission and stored against the lead record — not on a vendor's server you'll never get access to.
- 02
TrustedForm or Jornaya on every lead
Every submission carries an independent, third-party certificate documenting what the consumer saw and agreed to. If a complaint ever lands, the evidence is yours and it's retrievable in seconds.
- 03
DNC scrubbing before outbound
Suppression lists are applied before any lead reaches a dialer, and the scrub is logged. Internal do-not-call requests propagate across every campaign.
- 04
Call recording with disclosure
Recording disclosure configured per state requirements, with recordings stored against the lead so a call can be produced on request.
- 05
Vertical-specific rules
Medicare marketing sits under CMS requirements for third-party marketing organizations. ACA carries its own consent scrutiny. Debt relief has outcome-claim restrictions. Each build reflects its vertical rather than a generic template.
- 06
Retention and deletion
A defined retention period per lead record, with deletion on request, so your data footprint is deliberate instead of accumulating indefinitely.
Where our responsibility ends
We are not your compliance counsel.
We build the capture, the documentation, and the audit trail. We are a marketing services provider — not a law firm, not an insurance carrier, and not a licensed producer.
Regulations in these verticals change, and they change in ways that matter. Consent requirements, CMS marketing rules, and state insurance advertising standards should be reviewed with your own counsel, and the language we deploy on your funnels should be approved by them before it goes live. We will build to whatever standard your lawyer sets. What we won't do is tell you that a template we wrote makes you compliant.

See what your budget should be producing
Five questions gets you the model. Twenty minutes gets it run against your real account — including the part where we tell you it isn't worth moving, if that's the answer.
Five quick questions, about 90 seconds, then pick a time that suits you.
- Any vertical, any budget
- Staff who answer the phone
- A real cost-per-sale target
